Storage Node service is indeed stopped, despite Automatic start type. Most likely it crashed several times and service was stopped then. Are there records about service crash in Windows Applications event logs?

There is an article http://kb.acronis.com/content/26184 but it's not applicable as you already have 17437 or higher build.
If it happened after update to 17473, this article - http://kb.acronis.com/content/30848 - may be applicable.
