How to recover when backup was manually deleted

Client deleted a backup from the back hard drive. Now TI2014 backup pauses for user to locate it. How can we get by this situation. Can we delete the deleted backup from the "list" or can we right click on the removed backup and delete settings -- Do we have to rewrite the settings (script)? Thanks /Howard

any of those options would work.
My suggestion would be to start a new task pointing to a new empty target storage folder.

You could also clone the task settings and then just change the target location to have a new task.

Change the current task to either "do not schedule" or you can edit the existing task and use the delete
task or the delete task and backup files optioin.
