Not happy. I am IT Consultant and have used previous versions of Acronis at 3 of my customer sites without a problem.
I recommended your product to my customer Coulthards Mackenzie and last week went to setup their backup routine.
What a disaster due to:
1. My test backup was a file backup of their data from both the C drive and a network drive on their 2nd PC system.
The backup seemed to work ok as I watched it and it did copy files from the network drive. However when I went to Recover the screen only showed the local C drive and not the network drive. Why.
2, So I deleted the backup I had done on the external drive and started again. However all I got was the message 'Creating file copy' and it just went into a loop and did nothing. I did wait 40 mins and still nothing happened. I canx and it said Acronis not working!!
3. I missed out a folder to copy and so added it to the settings and pressed SAVE. However when I went back to check to make sure the folder was included it was not. Why
What is going on I ask? If no help is provided we will request a refund and I will find an alternative.
Not happy at all. Appreciate help asap.

Mike,
You should remove the license number and customer information from this site ASAP.
Also, this is not a support forum. It is for users like you and me and it is infrequently visited by Acronis staff.
Wrt to the network drive, do you see any errors in the log? I am assuming that there could be some networking access issues. Does it work if the share is public?
Although ATI obviously support modifying task, it is highly recommended to do a new task when you want to change one (backup task name, selection, archive name, destination, type, retention rules, ...).
