Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Windows Server - Backup did not run when plan cross over from 2013 to 2014

Thread needs solution

My backup plan is set to run weekly since 2013 and has no problem. With the same plan, the next scheduled plan is suppose to run in 1 Jan 2014, but it did NOT run. There is no error/indication.

The date is shown in the backup plan list page correctly, but it just did NOT run.
It is 2 Jan 2014 now and the date is still at 1 Jan 2014 at the "Next start time".

I believe is it a bug in the software.

Will it go back to normal after a manual run or I have to create a new plan every year?
Can the new plan continue my incremental and not create a new full backup?
Can I clone the plan or do a fresh one?

Seems like this is a known and unsolve issue!
How long Acronis need to solve this?

Please gather the following information so that we can investigate the issue:

1) system report in Windows

2) Acronis Scheduler Manager report

3) Acronis Scheduler Manager log.

I have uploaded 2 files; System Report & Acronis Scheduler Manager Report.

The link for Acronis Scheduler Manager Report and Acronis Scheduler Manager Log is the same. There is no way to reproduce the problem to create the log, thus I have leave the log out.

Let me know if you have any update.
