Hello,

just trying to update Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Adv to latest build.
But the setup claims:

Nicht für diese Maschinen verwendbare Lizenzen (not suitable for this machine)
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server
Upgrade-Lizenzen, die die Lizenz einer vorherigen Version erfordern (needs former version licence)
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Server Multi-Plattform

Any ideas? Thank you

Try to update with no license (select 'backup to online storage only') then change license to normal one in help->change license.

sorry for late reply. Setup worked that way. And there was no need to change the 'license to normal'
The problem was/is the SQL-Singlepass modul. It was covered by license before but not anymore. Need to check this with the support.
