TI2013, Recovery found all Diff Backups defekt, but Backup logs all Backups OK

Hi,
since 11 month I have performed ecery month a Diff-Backup of my Systemdisk (Feb2012 the Full Backup). For every Backup I received an Email noted that the Backup was OK.
Now my System crashed and I tried to recover from my last Diff-Backup but the Recovery Routine says the backup ist defekt and I shell try to mount this backup and use the single file. (Mounting failed also) Than I tried to Recovery one Backup before but the Routine says, this is not the last Backup - Hello, I have one Full and 10 complete Diff-Backups and I understand this Procedur that I can use every sole of them together with the Full-Backup !?!
Anyway, I tried all of the remaining Diff-Backups and received the message, they are defekt. At least I toke the Full-Backup and it restores my System - but now the System is about 1 year old. I'm very annoyed about Acronis and I hope, somebody can answer two questions to me:
- How is it possible, that Acronis loged every Backup as OK, send me also an Email with this statement and when I will use them, recovery found them as defekt?
- I case of the Backup Procedur - which is the case for every Backup - I understand that I can recover
.... from a Diff-Backup: I need any Diff-Backup plus the full Backup
.... from a Incr-Backup: I need any Incr. Backup, the full-Backup and every Incr. Backups in between.
Please help me to understand this Problem and you can also answer to me in German - Thanks

Was the restore attempt done using the TI 2013 CD? The CD is the best recovery option.
When booted from the CD, have you tried to validate the backups?
Yes, you should be able to restore with the full plus any single diff file.
Another option would be to download the 2014 trial version iso file and make a 2014 trial version CD.
This will give you the option to try to recover using the 2014 CD.
And don't forget, you still have Acronis. When a user has a recovery issue, they advertise they will help wiithout charge.
Do be sure you register the 2013 and register the trial 2014 if you try that.
TrueImage is very very memory intensive. Corrupt issues can also relate to bad memory.
I had a lot of corrupt backup file issues in the past using TIH.
The errors had nothing to do with bad memory or any other hardware issue, but simply by BAD or CORRUPT files creasted by Acronis Backup.
Since using a more professional backup solution I can now RELY on my backups beeing able to restore, something you cannot be sure of using Acronis TI.
