ATI WD Edition - File Recovery Complete - Restart Required

I booted using ATI WD Edition. Recovered using File Recovery option. Selected restart upon completion.

Recover operation succeeded message appeared. Clicked ok.

System must be restarted to complete. Clicked ok.

The system is not restarting - does ATI restart, or is there an option I'm missing somewhere to restart through ATI? I fear powering down - I see a lot of people saying powering down destroys the recovery.

How do I proceed?

via chat with support - I clicked the "x" on the ATI screen in the bootable menu and it rebooted, now I have a black screen with flashing cursor and no ability to do anything.

ctrl+alt+del causes reboot.
