Is ABR 11.5 working on Windows 8.1?

When working with Acronis tech support on a problem (since resolved) he made a comment that there was a problem with ABR running on Windows 8.1. I don't know if there was a particular release he was referring to.

So is ABR 11.5 working on Windows 8.1 and if so, is there a particular release/build that is required?

Windows 8.1 is supported in build 37975 or later, building winPE media using ADK for Windows 8.1 works starting from build 38350.
