Problem with activation issue

Thread needs solution

I currently have three copies of Acronis True Image 2013 version (installed on three computers). I just found out that the tech support for this version expired in January. Because of that, I decided to post this question to this forum.

A copy of 2013 Acronis was installed and activated on a desktop computer. I have been using it. Unfortunately, the computer crashed last Sunday. Since the machine is dead, I am unable to operate the computer. Accordingly, I cannot uninstall the Acronis (with its S/N).

I am going to get a new computer soon. If I install the same Acronis program (with the same S/N) to the new computer, Acronis won't be activated. How can I install the same Acronis program to a new computer? Problem is that I am not able to contact Acronis customer support now.
