You must provide more details of your problem, please be as specific as possible to all steps taken and the result you received such as any error messages displayed.

Note that TrueImage is not programmed to perform clones of GPT style disks--if that is the issue here.

I have the same problem. I had 2013, which used to clone my disks perfectly, then it suddenly stopped working. It got as far as restarting the computer, then loaded the Acronis operating system then got as far as saying "cloning" then resets the computer. I bought 2014 to overcome this, but it does exactly the same thing. My computer is custom built, Gigabyte GA-H55M-D2H motherboard, 2.77 GHz Intel i5 750 processor, 8 Gb memory and everything else works happily. I tried contacting support, but it insists on an error code which never appears. Any thoughts anyone?

As your problem is not the same as the original poster, please begin a new thread where it may be discussed properly. Otherwise the thread will become confusing as it won't be clear which user's problem is being addressed.

Also, you should not be cloning from within the Windows application of ATI. Perform the clone after booting from the ATI Rescue Media. Do not allow the PC to reboot into Windows after cloning; remove the cloned disk first.
