Error on creating Mail Backup

Thread needs solution

 On one of my workstations, 'Mail Backup' just will not work.

I am able to get Partitions backups no problem. We are heavy Outlook users, so daily backups are important.

OS - Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, up to date, running Norton Business Suite (360). Outlook 2007.

This problem has been right from the start when I upgraded to  TI 2014 (this station used to have TI 2012 - mail backup worked OK)

No matter what options you chose (including set to defaults) and save for creating a mail backup, when you choose 'Run Backup Now' you get this error: (and the job/task is not saved)

We 'were' running the initial build of 2014, we tried doing the standard upgrade to build 6673 - same thing - that was following the 'upgrade in place' method (no uninstall).

So today we tried a clean install of the latest build to see if it would fix the issue.

I.E. - completely uninstall Acronis, run a registry cleaner, re-install (with all the reboots required).

Being a programmer, those error codes sure look like code faults.

 This is quite frustrating, as we have a large number of stations where Acronis is working just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

A long shot... On the machine that is failing, use the Mail control panel to examine the outlook profile. Make sure that is only one profile. Delete other profiles if any.
