Restore the Backed up Files Getting Failed on RHEL 6.2 Machine

Thread needs solution

Hello Team,

Greetings for the Day!!!

We are Facing some issue with respect to restoring the Backup files from Linux Operating System RHEL 6.2.
Environment Details:
1. Acronis Software - Acronis Backup and Restore 11.5 Advanced Server for Linux.
2. OS - RHEL 6.2

We have a Management Server (AMS ) deployed. Followed the Below Steps to retrieve the Files

1. Installed the Agent Successfully on RHEL 6.2 Machine.
2. Successfully Added the RHEL Agent Machine to Management Server.
3. THe Management Server also acts as the License Server.
4. Created a Backup Plan and Executed the Backup Plan.
5. The Backup Plan contains the 1st Location as Backup to Disk and the 2nd Location as Backup to Tape.
6. The Backup Completed Successfully.
7. While Restoring Browsed to Data Path and Selected the Archives, which contains the Items that were backed up (Attached Screenshot Error-1)
8. Created a Recovery Task.
9. The Recovery Task gets Failed throwing some Message like "Recovery has Failed" There is nothing to Recover. (Attached Screenshot Error -2, Error -3, Error -4)

Note - I am the same Backup Files for all the Backup Plan in order to validate different scenario on Acronis.

Kindly Help me to overcome this error at the earliest.

There is a bug in restore from file backups under Linux if the folder imediately under the root one is specified for restore. Can you try to select all files under BK5 folder instead of BK5 itself (you can select BK5, then uncheck some file and check it again to save time)?
