Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Acronis True Image 2014. When I want to backup my files on Cloud, there is a problem message (as in included image):

The server is not available at this moment. Please try again later.

Everything was OK since 23.3, all backup were up to date and my cloud isn't full.

Could you, please, help me?

So I noticed that the problem is on the Acronis server ...

When I try to open my folders on Acronis on web interface, it happens everytime, even if I use Chrome, Firefox or IE (all newest version) ...

So will you fix it, ACRONIS ?
