I am tiring of the same error message every day

Thread needs solution

I have tried and tried to make this stop but I have two screen grabs of errors when Acronis 2014 runs. I never had this problem with previous versions and now when I'm having trouble your web site tells me

a) you don't have support available to you because it "expired"
b) this site is designed in a way that prods the user for a constant user/pass combo

I am not at all happy and either A) want this fixed or B) my money refunded.

If you want more help here on the Forum you will need to be more specific with exactly what operation is failing in TI. The screenshots supplied only show the notification of an error or issue so it is impossible to determine root cause. You would need to open the application and find out exactly what is failing.

As for the constant user/pass combo that sounds more like a browser problem than a site problem. I have no problem with my browser remembering my user/pass combo. These logons do in fact time out after a given period of time and do require the user to logon, maybe that is what you are experiencing.
