Installation of Acronis on new laptop and Restore old disk partitions to new laptop

Background:
I have a registered full version of Acronis Premium 2014 for three computers.
I have done a disk and partition backup for one Laptop to a 1TerraByte USB drive

Questions:
1. How do I install Acronis on the other two PC's?
2. What is the procedure when I sell a PC and wish to transfer Acronis to a new PC?
3. What is the procedure when I want to restore the Disk and Partition Backup from the old PC to the new PC?
4. Can I do disk and partition backups of all three PC's to one USB drive?
