Did Acronis destroyed my Linux partition ?

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,
I installed Linux on a different harddrive, everything went fine
Today i rebooted in Windows, did some tests, activated Try and Decide, and after reboot i choiced the option " Discard changes "
From this moment, i couldn't boot into Linux, i don't have the GRUB menu anymore.
There is like i never ever had dual boot before on this PC
I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Acronis True Image Home 2012, build 7133
Do you have any idea how could i proceed in the future, to prevent this kind of " accidents " ?
Thank you in advance.

Can anyone help me, please ? I need to do something, i hope there is a solution for this.
I tried again, reinstalled Linux, rebooted into Windows, Try and Decide - stop and discard - after reboot, and the Grub menu was gone again.
Maybe there is a " patch " for this. Maybe i have to update my Acronis version.
Please advice me what to do.
Thank you in advance
