cannot perform subsequent backup to networked hard drive

I did not realize that the support only lasts for 30 days and did not use my paid version within the 30 days so I appreciate your help in advance.

I was able to make a full file backup to a networked hard drive (that hard drive is connected to Airport Extreme) although I used the "incremental" option. I thought all subsequent backups will be incremental. However, all subsequent backup (daily) attempts failed the same way (shown in the attached image). I googled but did not see the same issue reported anywhere. I also ensured that the hard drive is browseable and connected in Window explorer and in Acronis.

Any advice or suggestion is welcome.

You should run chkdsk /r command on both target and source disk to correct errors on disk.
