TrueImage 2014 Premium - error reading sectors during cloning

Hi team,

Firstly, thanks for a great product that I managed to find through my WD MyBook. The WD version seemed a little "cut down" for my needs, so I got the suggested upgrade to the premium + 250GB cloud.

Now I seem to have run into a bit of a problem. When my system reboots to clone my drives, I get "Error reading disk 1 sector 1" or something similar. I have run checkdisk over both the source and the destination drives. Please find attached my "report.txt".

First, I strongly encourage you to perform a full Disk Mode backup of the source disk in question so as to have a safety net in case things go wrong as a result of the clone operation.

Second, I recommend that you attempt the clone operation using a rescue boot media disk instead of while booted into Windows. Attached are clone help files, please read thoroughly:
