Serial number Lost

Thread needs solution

My computer motherboard fried, but I can't install my Acronis backup on another computer because I lost my serial number in the frying.

How the hell do I convince Acronis that my version is genuine?

I have the disk Acronis sent my years ago, but all it has printed on it is my name and a Order ID number and barcode

I checked your Acronis account and can see that you have a copy of Acronis True Image registered there. You can always access the serial number and download the latest build from your account. Please check this KB article for additional information.

I too do not know my serial number for Acronis Backup Advanced for Windows Server (Version 11.5 Update 4).

Can you help me please? I've been trying to contact support and customer service and I'm becoming more and more frustrated!
