Multiple Error log Warnings

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm running following products on a server:

Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Server

Acronis Bacup & Recovery 10 Agent

Acronis Bacup & Recovery 10 Bootable Components and Media Builder

Acronis Bacup & Recovery 10 Management Console

Acronis License Server

The Backup seems to run fine.But I get errors/warnings every 10 minutes. See Logs below:

Please try to rejoin the server to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Server. If this doesn't help, please obtain the below information and create an e-mail request or contact Live chat service available on this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button and follow the step-by-step guide. 

1. Download the file;
2. Run the downloaded file.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.

Rejoining the server to the AMS was the solution.

I delete machine from AMS Machine. but the problem Multiple Error log Warnings that occor again every day.

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Actually, you should delete this backup policy and recreate it from the scratch. You can do it manually or apply a special  vbs script
You can also try to re-add the computer and to remove it again, but only the above solution will provide you with the guaranteed results.
