File Explorer 'Acronis Recovery' does not work-BUG

Build - 5539
Windows 8.1 64-bit.
Here's what I did:
1. Opened File Explorer.
2. Right clicked on a file.
3. Clicked on 'Properties".
4. Clicked on the 'Acronis Recovery' tab.
5. Clicked on the UAC 'Yes' button. A list of the backups appeared.
6. Selected one of the backups.
7. Clicked on the 'Recover...' button.
8. Clicked on the UAC 'Yes' button. Nothing happened.

If I clicked on the "Open" button the previous version of the file was opened (This worked). "Recover..." does not work.

I can confirm this. It is not possible to open a .tif file in the Windows Explorer view also if it is located on a network share.
