BartPE, True Image 2010 and DiskDirector 10 not playing nicely together

Acronis true image 2010 fails to start in BartPE.

Failed to open (initialize the computer). Failed to load the snapshot manager library (0x100004)
Tag = 0x8D5BF87C202E86B6

If I build the CD with just the TI 2010 it runs fine in the BartPE environment. Once the second plugin, DDS 10 is added then TI 2010 doesn't work in the BartPE environment and DDS 10 does.

I'm using the latest builds DDS 10 #2239, TI 2010 #6053.

I put in a trouble ticket as well but I'm hoping someone here may have an idea.

OK, so I think I may have solved this.

The creation of the DDS 10 plugin requires the user to copy the files snapapi.dll and snapman.sys to the plugin Diskdirector\files\drivers folder. These files are also found in the corresponding TI2010 Acronis\files\drivers folder. It seems the DDS10 plugin is processed last and overwrites the files of the same name belonging to the TI2010 plugin during the build.

So by copying the same version of the files from TI2010 to DDS10 drivers folder it works. DDS10 has the appearance of working but is using the wrong snapapi.dll and snapman.sys files.

Any ideas if I'm creating problems for myself building the Bartpe disk this way?

True Image 2010 has the most recent versions of these files, but I don't know how DD10 will function with those versions. It will probably work ok, but it has not been tested.
