Problems finding my 2015 license number

Thread needs solution

I hate to begin with how much I have grown to hate Acronis 2015 since I updated from 2014. My main problem now is I can't find my license number. It is not listed under my registered products even though I registered it. Other problems: F11 does not work. I cannot booth my computer with an Acronis rescue disk made from 2015. The new version is even less intuitive than 2014.

So here is my problem. Since nothing worked the way it was supposed to, I uninstalled 2015 from my computer thinking that a new installation might solve my problem. I have reinstalled it, but now cannot find my license number since the e-mail containing the serial number is on my dead computer that I tried to use Acronis Universal Restore on.

Cana anyone tell me how to find my license number on the Acronis web site.

This is how I retrieve my serial numbers:

Login to your account at Acronis.com
Click on "My Account"
Click on "Get Serials"
That should give you a text file that you can download and save with all your serial numbers.

W. Guy Delaney, I don't see a registered license or order of Acronis True Image 2015 under your account too.

Might it be that you used another email address while purchasing Acronis True Image 2015? Please send me all available details in a PM.

I'll be glad to help you also to solve technical problems with bootable media. Can you please provide a little more information about your steps?
