OEM Registration Key Won't Work

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I just bought an ADATA SSD and went through the registration process to get a key. I was sent via email a 64 character key however Acronis doesn't think it is valid.

Sorry, if this is the wrong place to post this but it appears that this is my only support option. Can someone one from support please contact me at disgruntleddog @ gmail dot com?

Hello Chris,
Typically, OEM's handle serial numbers and activation for bundled software. Have a look at this link and let us know if this doesn't help.
