True Image 2013: Removed a backup from the backup list. How can i readd it?

Thread needs solution

Hi,
i removed for error a backup from my backup list.
How can i readd it and continue with the backup scheme i setted up for it?

I tried to readd it by use the Find Backup button, but the only things i can do seems to crate from new the backup scheme and i'm afarid that this operation can delete all the existing backup version.

Is there a configuration file that i can retrieve from my old backup to restore the Acronis backup  list? Thanks

Here is the first place to start by adding the task back. However, it will need additional editing to attempt to duplicate.
After adding back, check the edit options for 2013 and see if there is a reconfigure option. If yes, then you can put the original settings back into the task--assuming you know them.

such as validation or recovery or add missing files to backup tasks.

However, you may be much better off just to start a new task and start with a new set of backups.
These example provide for a custom backup scheme which will enable the program to cleanup/delete the older backups based on your retention setting of how many backups schemes (store x number of recent version chains) you want the program to keep before deletion begins and rotates.

Ex: Keep 4 versions (chains). The 4 is user choice.

*GH12. Create Custom Incremental Backup Scheme with Automatic Deletion of old files.
       Ex:/Full + 6 Inc. Keep 4 chains. The 6-4 is user choice.

*GH13. Create Custom Differential Backup Scheme with Automatic Deletion of old files.
Ex: Full +2 Diff. Keep 2 chains. The 2-2 is user choice.
