Acronis True Image 2014 Pro - NonStop Backups STOPS by itself
After the Installation of TrueImage 2014 on my Windows 8.1 System I set up the "Nonstop" Backup of Acronis.
I want to backup 17GB from my SSD (drive c) onto my backup device. The Tasks runs 3 or 4 times and than it stops automatically. Each try to restart it always give the message that it scans the files and than it stops without any entry in the log-files.
If I delete the Task and the whole backup and set it up new it repeats inthe same way as already described!

Same problem here. Win 8.1 ATI 2014. It shows preparing to back up then message that non stop backup(NSB) has stopped appears. Worked OK for 7 days then stopped. I have also scheduled Partition back ups once a week and regular backups once a day. Will this cause conflicts. Tried stopping and starting NSB in services but still fails

Same problem here with TrueImage 2015 and Windows 8.1. Yet I'm expected to pay additional money for support when their product doesn't work. And they want to be the undisputed leader in software???? If we want support, we can get it from other users who have had the same problem while they are busy going to the bank with our money. They have one customer who is about to exit and spread the word! I can pay a cloud company and come out just as well at this rate--perhaps even better. I bet that I (and we) could get some customer support. I've made these comments on feedback also.
Anyway, I see no solutions here either. And no one from Acronis monitoring this chat area. Guess they are too busy at the bank.
