Acronis B&R 11.5: scheduled backup hanging indefinitevly

Hi.

I have a scheduled incremental backup that every now and then does not complete after 3 days running properly, so I find it hanging at the console.

I'm looking at the details of the activity, stuck at 75%, the last message is "Command 'Backing Up' completed successfully'. Clicking STOP makes the job complete with errors after 9 hours. The client is online and working properly. Please help me interpret the error log:

i just got another machine with a very similar error:

"Failed to resolve the secondary location" is part of the error log.

the fact is that none of the two scheduled jobs has a second location configured, but both exit their jobs with this error.
I've checked the availability of the backup location and the validity of the account performing the operation, both are OK.

Please assist.

Hi,

I have the same problem, my backup job is stuck at 75%, in the logs the job has finished the backup disk but he's stuck.

In my target backup the old backup aren't delete.

Did you find a solution ?
