Multiple serial numbers

Hi
I hope someone can help with an ongoing issue I have had. When I purchased my product I was allowed to use it on two computers. I was given two serial numbers. I have put one each on each of my computers and I keep getting a message of too many activations. I have tried switching serial numbers but no difference can someone help?

I have no idea which version and build you are using?

Switching the S/N's between machines without properly transferring will result in further problems. The first thing to do is to ensure you are running the latest build for the version you own. Updates (builds) for your product are available free from your Acronis User Account
