ATI cloning / Backup CF cards - no sufficient rights / no booting

Thread needs solution

We're using CF cards with embedded Windows on industrial PCs.
The manufacturer said use ATI to create images that can be restored to a new CF card.
At the moment we have ATI 2013.
The PC where the technician liked to copy the cards is in a domain environment, he has admin rights to his pc and is domainuser.
He can do a image in drive mode as I did too as domainadmin.
But if he want's to restore the image to another card ATI didn't see the target.
Logged in as Domainadmin I see it and can restore the image, but that don't boot.
When welike to use the cloning feature in ATI he's getting the message "not sufficient rights"

So what can we do to get propper working CF cards? We had it working with an older version maybe 2012 on an XP PC

thank you for your help!

You would need to add domainuser to the Security Policy of the application for access to the drive. Your boot issue is a separate issue however that I cannot answer. Hopefully someone else will comment.
