BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express breaks Acronis True Image Echo Server.

Thread needs solution

After installing BESE (v 5.0.1.4) on a Windows 2003 Server, Acronis TI Echo stopped functioning. Running Echo's latest build (8398). Tasks hang at the "Preparing..." screen.

Stopping BlackBerry Router service will at least allow the task to initiate, but it then fails because it "cannot create the snapshot".

BESE runing on SQL2005 Express.

Stopping all BlackBerry services is not really an option.

Any thoughts anyone?

I have checked our resources and we do not have a known issue with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). I would definitely recommend submitting a support request to our support engineers with the AcronisInfo report so that we can troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
