Secue Zone - Acronis True Image Home 11

Thread needs solution

I recently had a computer crash and went to use the Acronis (F11) recovery manager but it would not detect my secure zone.

The secure zone was on the computer, but was not listed as a backup location to restore from.

This, of course, rendered the secure zone and it's contents useless.

Any ideas as what to do?

Hello Graham,

Let me resolve the issue.

In your case I may suggest you to restore using a bootable CD. You can download an image of that CD in ISO format and burn it:

  1. Log in to your account (if you do not have one, you will need to create it);
  2. Once logged in, click My Products & Downloads:

  3. Scroll down to the registered product and click Bootable Media:

  4. Click Download:

  5. Acronis Bootable Media will be downloaded as an ISO file. See Burning an ISO Image.

After that please boot off created CD and check if Secure Zone is detected.
