Backup Archive not visible

Thread needs solution

We are using Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 with Centralized Managed Vault pointing to its local drive.
We created Backup Job for VM and Backup finished with no error message but the Backup Archive was not visible in the Vault.

We've tried changing the Archive's name in the Backup Job's configuration and saved it. But, the Backup Archive was still not visible in the Vault.

Here I attach some screen shots and system report collected from the Agent Machine.
Any suggestions?

Hi Andy,

According to the screen shots the other machines (including one separate VM) have their backups listed properly in the vault. The backup log also looks fine, so the problem is either a GUI glitch (so pressing Refresh button will help) or is related to particular backed up VM contents which appear to be huge (taking into account the time it took to create the backup). In any case it makes sense to contact our support team for troubleshooting. Remember to capture system information outputs from the machine running Acronis Storage Node (right now the sysinfooutput.zip contains info from appliance only) before submitting a support ticket.

I've tried pressing Refresh button before but the Backup Archive was still not visible in the Vault.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, I'll get the right system report and proceed to contact Acronis support team for troubleshooting.
