[SOLVED] ATIH2010 BartPE Addon Will NOT Back Up (Trial Version?)
I've "upgraded"(?) to TI Home 2010 Release #6053 with its BartPE addon also installed and the .inf implemented as a plugin for my PE recovery boot set-up. The PE itself boots and works normally and the TI Home plugin (along with all others in the PE build) starts up and runs as expected.
My BartPE plugin for TI Home 2009 was fully functional and would preform both backups and recovery when it was installed previously under exactly the same conditions. HOWEVER, the TI Home 2010 BartPE plugin refuses to perform any backups. Instead, it pops up a message saying that it is a "trial version".

Hi! I got same problem but I could not solve it. I am still getting "Trial Error" when I want to test backup from BartPE enviroment in VMware enviroment.
I tried almost everything, 1) using standrad acronis.inf without modifications, 2) change "strandard" value to same that in Windows Registry.

The trial version will not permit backups to be created from when booted from the TI Rescue CD. This is a limiting factor built into the trial version.
You can use the trial Rescue CD to perform a restore but not permitted to perform a backup--when using the trial version.
The trial version does permit backups from within Windows.

i paid for it. i have from 8 to 2010 acronis versions. and i cannot get 2010 to work.

Andrei, let me resolve the issue.
I may recommend you to uninstall all components of Acronis True Image Home (including BartPE plugin), then install them from scratch and create a new BartPE media.
This should resolve the issue.

Ошибка оказалась моей.
In other older plugin that I made for DiskDirector, that I also using, I got wrong configuration for those drivers:
"Acronis Try&Decide and Restore Points filter"
"Acronis True Image FS Filter"
"Acronis True Image Backup Archive Explorer"
So far it working good.
