Michael,

Check that your Temporary folder is empty - c:\Documents and Settings\Your_User_name\Local Settings\Temp

I suggest you temporarily delete the log attachment see my PM to you.

You haven't stated whether clearing your Temp folder solves your problem.

Have you had another Acronis product previously installed?

I'm aware you've amended your log file.

I just wanted to add that according to the MSI log you have kindly specified it looks like the issue is related to the serial key as well.

Could you please kindly provide us with the following information, which would help us to localise the issue: 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed before you encountered this issue
  2. Screenshot of the problem
  3. The license you are installing the product with (to me via PM)
  4. Windows System Information file will be also appreciated
