"Unable to create volume snapshot" on all backups after upgrade to Windows 10

I was using Windows 8.1 on a MacBook Pro (via Boot Camp). A few days ago, I upgraded to Windows 10 Home. Now, all of my backups are failing with the following error "Unable to create volume snapshot". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acronis True Image 2015; I even tried a "fresh" (from scratch) install of Windows 10 (using the Boot Camp Assistant) and installing Acronis True Image 2015; same issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
