Acronis TI 2014 HD - Free License From Cruicial - Cannot Input 16 Char Code - Windows 10

Hi,

I took the leap and upgraded my laptop from W7 to W10 and included the update with a Crucial SSD that came with a free license for TI2014 HD (http://acronis.com/en-us/promo/tihd-download). I am unable to select that I have a short key when attempting to register the software.

Is there any support available for this?
