can't start recovery

Thread needs solution

Hello specialists,

sorry my English is not the best. Here my question: I have wonderful, nearly daily Backups. But I can't start them for a file recovery. I always get the message that Version number ... cannot be found. And there is written an old Backupname. If I press "search" an click the right place, it's the same. Don't know what I can do!

Therefore I would like you to help me

Maybe it helps to clean up a little.

Delete the backup task only (DO NOT PRESS TO DELETE THE COMPLETE BACKUP FILES).  This will delete the backup plan so you have to create a new if you want to continue scheduled backup!.

To be 100% sure copy the tib files to an alternative location before.

Than try to add the old backup file by acronis browse and see if recovery of files works now.

thank you for your help. I thing I did all in the right way like you wrote, but it doesn't work. I think I will change to the German forum - thank you for your tip.
