Error 2356 when attempting to uninstall/remove from Add/Remove programs
I'm using Windows XP Pro (latest/greatest). I have an non-new version of Acronis Disk Director I'd like to update with the latest/greatest one. I am trying to remove it via Add/Remove pgms and getting an error message - see attached bitmap file for the 'big picture'. Can you help with that?

Nope.....I never installed the OS Selector program so that's a non-issue. Also, the Acronis Cleanup utility does not allow me to tell it that all I want to remove is Disk Director. I don't want to remove ATI. Why is it written this way. IT's totally non-useful.
You could try Revouninstaller Pro which has more advanced features than the free version such as forced uninstall. The pro version can be installed as a trial which is fully functional. I have no connection with Revo in any way apart that I've used it for years and it works extremely well. Just read the the stuff on their web site to find out more.
