Unable to deploy backup policy

I've created a backup policy and managed to deploy to few servers. There's one particular server that I'm having problem deploying the backup policy and always return an error. I've reinstalled the agent several times and ensure all firewalls are allowed, but it still fails. However if I create a backup plan from the managed node and run manually, it still can be backed up. Any idea how I can deploy the backup policy to this server?
