Acronis managed service keeps crashing on Windows 2008 R2
I tried reinstalling 3 times already, I even cleared the registry (Local_machine and Current_user) for acronis and reinstalled it from scratch, it keeps crashing.
Initially it said Logon Error when starting the service, so I put in the Admin credentials of the domain, which should have access to everything.
This server is not a domain controller, it's only part of a domain.
What user should that service run under? I saw Acronis created something like Acronis User but it fails to start with that user.
Should I make a local account just for it, or what else should I try?
Thank you

Hello, I set it up with a correct user, but every time I want to create a new backup job, the service simply stops.
I attached the information from the Event Viewer, it stops everytime, no error is visible though.
Are there any logs I can show you?
It does this every time I try to add a new backup to the schedule, as soon as I open the New Backup dialog, the service crashes and I get the Waiting for Reconnection dialog box.

Hello Dan,
If all privileges for Acronis Managed Machine account are set correctly, but the issue still persists, I would recommend to raise a support ticket to conduct deap investigation.
Thank you,
