Asking for old License
Hi,
I'm having an issue with trying to enter my license code its asking for my old license but I dont have one, I have attached a screen shot of the message.
The License I bought was an upgrade from a free version I had when I bought a Seagate hard drive which just came with a disk.
I had to Re-install Acronis because my motherboard failed and the replacement installed needed me to reinstall windows.

If your purchased an "upgrade" license, it will require an old license key as is being requested in your screenshot before it will activate the upgrade license. If you had a previous free version of Acronis (WD version for example), it will not work for upgrades. If you don't have a previoius Acronis versrion with a license, you should request a refund and then purchase a new version of Acronis instead of an upgrade license. If you do have a valid previous version that you bought through Acronis, you can log into your account and get the previous licnese. If you bought a "boxed" version from another manufacturer, you would have had to register the license to your account for it to know the old license and hopefully you would still have the license key to enter here and/or register to your Acronis Account for safekeeping. If you dont' have that old license though, you'll need to purhcase a full license instead of an upgrade.

You will have to remove True Image 2016 and install DiscWizard. After DiscWizard is installed you will be able to run the True Image 2016 installer again to perform the upgrade using only your 2016 upgrade key.
