Can't Delete File Because Folder is Open In Com Surrogate
I'm running True Image 2015, Build 6613 on a Windows 10 computer. When I try to delete old backup versions in Windows Explorer I get a message:
"Cannot complete operation because folder is open in COM Surrogate"...
I've tried some solutions from the forum like deleting DLL.HOST (It just comes back again.) and others. Does anyone know the solution to this problem yet?

You might try this.
You may be able to delete the files in Safe Mode.

If you keep your external drive for backups only and you want to remove a corrupted backup and have nothing else on the drive, just re-format it! Takes 10 seconds!

1) iobit Unlocker portable may help in Windows
2) Safeboot should work in most cases.
3) Boot to WinPE of some kind and then you'll have full access to your other Windows drive and can manually delete any files/folders from your other drives
4) Have you tried shuttind down Acronis and all Acronis services in computer management / services - one of the serices (like tib mounter) may have the files locked in use
5) if the data on the other drive is not needed, format the other drive (diskpart "clean" may work best if windows doesn't let you format from within Explorer or from computer management because the disk is in use)

Glad to hear it. Keep an eye on that disk - it could be sign that it is beginning to fail. Disk Sentinel is a nice tool for monitoring disk health. The free version does a lot (although, I believe is only good for a trial period). It may be worth purchasing if you want to keep tabs on your dirve health and have automated notifications sent to you in the event of failures or detected errors.
Alternatively, at least use some disk checking utilities from time to time - Western Digital Data Lifeguard is free, but has to be manually run from time to time. Speccy (same developer as CCleaner) also gives good info about disk S.M.A.R.T. status but also needs to be run from time to time manually and will not notify of errors as they occur and/or are detected.
