Why incremental is making a new full backup?

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient investigation information it's hard to say what exactly went wrong. Thus this situation requires investigation.

1. Acronis Info
2. Exact sequence of steps performed
3. Target location of the backup

I found the problem, the file was corrupted. I did a new backup and it is working ok!
