I just tried to mount and it took a long time to complete. What does your picture represent? If you double click on the .tib files can you browse them with file explorer? What OS are you running?

Also, please confirm which version of ATI you are using:

  1. ATI 2017 NG subscription (new generation) - would be build 6116 (there was an earlier build)
  2. ATI 2017 perpetural/subscription - latest build is 8029 (release yesterday or the day before).

Ian

PS you can find the build number by starting up ATI 2017, and clicking on Account on the left hand side.

Yes I'm using Version 2017 Build 5554

there is an update to which I did install before and I wasn't able to mount images either

the upload is the file back using acronis 2011 which is a Windows 8 image of the PC, I cant mount using it acronis 2011 I found the same thing with windows 10, So we tired the trial version of AcronisTrueImage2016_web.exe and I was able to back up using acronis 2011 and mount using AcronisTrueImage2016, now we bought the 2017 Build 5554 and now we can view/mount any images, cant even double click on file to view customers files with in the back up

hope this all makes sense !

Well bugger me side ways, Some other Tech or software/PC renamed the file, so I added .tib to the end of file and now I'm able to mount the file

cheers for the support

Karl

Good that you managed to isolate the problem! Not the sort of thing you normally think of. In my case I always have the complete file name displayed (including extension) so I would have picked it up much more quickly (I hope).

Ian

Glad its resolved.
