Just rean a backup and now all my folders/files are R/O

Thread needs solution

I'm using TrueImage 2017 with external Thecus 4100Pro (NAS1)  and 4200Pro (NAS2) NAS drives on my home network.  I bought the software a few days ago and setup my first backup today.  Much to my dismay I now discover the folders on NAS1 and NAS2 are now in a state of permanent Read Only.  I don't have permission to remove this attribute.

This is crucial to my work.  I need r/w access.  What must be done to fix this as my other computers need r/w access to the NAS(s) on a regular basis.

To me it looks like a problem with the permissions you set up for the folders to which the backups are being made. I have never used a Thecus NAS so I cannot given you instructions on how to do this.
