12.5 shows error in replication plan

Looking at my replication plan shows an error:

Details

The backup scheme with ID '10' is not supported.

I'm really getting tired with all these 12.5 bugs.

Hi Martin,

Can you please post the full error message which is shown under the "More details" link? There should be additional details there which would help us analyze the issue properly. If I correctly understood the replication plans are running properly and the error is given only when trying to view these plans in web console (please confirm). We've not seen such behavior yet and thus need to get more information in order to advise properly.

Hi Vasily, I had already added the "details" under then screen shot. There was not more information. Yes it happend while looking at the plan without further interaction-.

I've seen this error now in different places and a workaround is a complete reload of the web page in the browser. After that then error is gone for some time.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the additional details. I've consulted with our developers and found that the issue is related to internal interaction between Acronis components/services which are sending unsupported request under some conditions. This issue will require further investigation involving our support team. Please capture the system report from the management server (where the web console service is running) right after reproducing the problem and submit a support ticket.
