Error login into Acronis storage server.

I encounter the error below (The service is offline) when i attempt to login to the Acronis Storage server,

We are currently testing the acronis backup gateway functionality, how do I resolve this.

update:

So I checked "systemctl" on the node and found that "vstorage-ui-backend.service" was in a failed state, i restarted "vstorage-ui-backend.service" and i was able to gain access again.
