Subscription Online Backup still shows 'Trial'

Hi, I have a monthly subscription for Acronis True Image Home 2010 Online Backup and it's acting like the full version (I've backed-up 22GB so far), but it shows "Trial period expires in 8 days". How can I upgrade from the 'Trial' to Full version please, and ensure my backup isn't lost in 8 days time?! Many thanks.
