Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced : Actity Failed: Deleting machine running from backup
I installed Acronis 12.5 on Windows 2016 host,with 2 VMs.
Every hour Acronis sends me an email:
Activity Failed: Deleting machine running from backup (hostname)
Details:
Cannot perform this operation with virtual machine 'test-srvgest' twice.

I can not find any active plan, and the old virtual machine "test-srvgest" has been deleted.
Can anyone help me?

After several attempts with technical support. The only solution that worked was to completely remove the Acronis suite, reboot, delete the Acronis directories, and reinstall everything.

We have the same problem on our installation. Is there any better way than reistalling the suff meanwhile?

a new installation of the entire product is not necessary. In this case we are dealing with the known issue that was fixed in Update 3. Please see release notes:

[ABR-163751] In some cases deletion (unmounting) of a virtual machine running from a backup causes the "Cannot perform this operation with virtual machine '[Machine_name]' twice." alerts to appear every hour.
