Snapshot Manager library incompatible (True Image Home / Disc Director)

I had installed Acronis True Image 11 Home in the latest Version (loaded up from Acronis).
The Installation was successful and could open True Image 11 Home.
After this I installed Acronis Disc Director 11 Home (Build 11.0.2.216) (latest version loaded from Acronis)
This installation was successful and could open Disc Director 11 Home.
But if I tried to open Acronis True Image 11 Home the following error message appeared:
E00101F4: Kann Computer nicht initialisieren (Cannot initialize computer)
Kann Bibliothek für den Snapshot Manager nicht initialisieren (0x100005)
(Cannot initalize the library of Snapshot Manager)
Tag = 0x8D5BF87C202E86C7
Versionskonflikt, die Module haben inkompatible Versionen (0x9) code = E0000009)
(Conflict of version, modules include incompatible versions)
Tag = 0xABF5B651C7D88E41

(Windows 7 Ultimate Version 6.1 Build 7600)

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand you concern, and will do my best to help you.

I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image Home 11 is an outdated product, it's not developed, supported and updated anymore, so it was never modified to support Windows 7 and Win7 compatible components.

Acronis Disk Director 11.0 was designed to work on Windows 7, and it's snanapi is designed for that OS. So once it gets installed, it overwrites the SnapAPI of Acronis True Image Home 11.

ATIH11 cannot work with the latest snapapi version due to the OS and modules incompatibility, so unfortunately there's nothing we can do. The only thing we can advise here is to remove the Acronis True Image Home 11 version from the machine and install Windows 7 compatible Acronis True Image Home 2010 (from your account we can see that you have one, and this will be the best solution).

In case the same issue occurres with Acronis True Image Home 2010, please follow these instructions to have it solved.
